Kelly Wauters obtained a master’s degree in experimental and theoretical psychology at the University of Ghent. Currently, she works as a PhD student on the IOF project: “Harnessing collective intelligence in order to make e-learning environments adaptive: the psychometric perspective.” This involves more specifically, the exploration of item characteristics that influence the learning progress in item-based learning environments using the item response theory.
